"Monaco" Red Wine IGP Tuscany

Monaco: The vineyards, from which come the selected Sangiovese grapes selected for the Monaco production, are located in the Chianti Classico. Syrah and Merlot come from the hills near the city of Arezzo. The name is a tribute to Guido d'Arezzo.

Wine making: The new wine is transferred into large oak barrels of second and third use, after 12-14 months of maturation it follows the assembly and bottling. In bottle the aging is guaranteed for at least 6-8 months before entering the market.

Sensory notes: An intense red wine with hints of blackberry, raspberry and wilted flowers such as violet, geranium and pepper. A fresh, well-balanced taste with good quality tannins ,leaves the mouth pleasantly clean.
